Introduction to Agile-Scrum Fundamentals
The Agile Scrum Fundamentals workshop is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Agile-Scrum software development. While SAFe has been successful in helping many organizations with Agile delivery, it is crucial to apply the framework in the right way and at the right time for a successful enterprise-wide transformation.
Kanban Education
The Kanban process is ideal for groups that have one or more of these characteristics:
- They respond effectively to requests for work;
- They do not the control the content and timing of the requests;
- They mainly deal with rapidly-changing priorities that may preempt previous requests; and
- They do much of their work with one or more repeatable workflows.
Our Kanban Training curriculum provides a comprehensive understanding of the Kanban methodology, which is widely applied in various request-driven environments such as Customer Support, IT Operations, Software Maintenance, Marketing, and more. Through our training, participants will learn the underlying concepts of Kanban and how to optimize its effectiveness by planning and tracking work. Our hands-on exercises will enhance the learning experience, and equip participants with practical skills to leverage Kanban for successful project delivery.
JIRA Training
This workshop is designed to help participants learn the basics of JIRA, the leading software-requirements management tool for Agile. The curriculum covers JIRA-Agile fundamentals, as well as using JIRA for searches and filters, to help attendees leverage JIRA to improve and manage their work. Topics covered include basic navigation of JIRA, available issue types, creating, editing, and transitioning issues, saving, editing, and managing searches and filters, creating an Agile board, planning a sprint, managing work, and reporting. By the end of the course, participants will have developed a thorough understanding of key JIRA concepts and skills, and will be better equipped to use the tool for project management and delivery. This course is ideal for anyone who wants to learn more about the basics of JIRA and improve their proficiency with the tool.
